Pressflex provides free assistance with difficulties that arise while using Pressflex system on the Web. The service also comprises a designated number of consulting hours to discuss specific questions and services. Pressflex consultants are also available to optimize editing and organization of the site according the client objectives. Pressflex charges consulting to the client at a reasonable cost, submitting timesheets to clients at the end of each calendar month. These services are billed at the end of the calendar quarter in which they are performed and do not include expenses, which are invoiced immediately.

Support includes:

  • Assistance through e-mail and telephone
  • Uploading content upon request
  • Reports upon request
  • Feedback on clients' projects and objectives
